Rolers feeders for strips and wires
Feeders with rollers can be used instead of pneumatic ones for faster and more accurate feeding. AE Series is designed for wider strips and AL Series for wires.
AE Series features adjustable chrome plated rollers 80 or 100 mm in diameter and guding rollers for easier entry of the strip. Hodometrical pneumatic wheel is installed at the exit of the machine for measuring the loop of the coil. It is controled by touch-screen advanced software capable of programming several cycles.
AL Series features 4 or 6 rollers mounted on top of each other. Every single unit of two rollers in motorized with manual or hydraulic adjustment of rollers spaceing. . Hodometrical pneumatic wheel is installed at the exit of the machine for measuring the loop of the coil.
